Acutron FSM Module Training Videos Now Available
Thank you for participating in the beta test program for this exciting new product. I have produced three short videos that will guide you through the learning process of using it.
I recommend that you set up the Acutron with new module in front of you and follow along with what you see in these videos by actually doing what I am showing you. You will quickly learn to work with the tablet, navigate through the screens and use the new features. Then you will be home free to start making magic with it.
Video #1: Setup and Guided Tour
Video #2: How to Restore Mentor Function
Video #3: New Features: FSM and Guided Protocols
I will email you two feedback forms you can use to give me feedback about the new device during your beta test period. Feel free to email me with any questions, suggestions or comments as well.
Thank you for being the first on your block!
Blessings, Darren

Hi Dr. Starwynn,
It was only today that I got a chance to have a look at the Acutron, having have to wait due to the unforeseen situations in the last 4 weeks.
What can I say….. so sorry to report to say that it is not working. I have listened and tried and follow your instructions on the videos, but the second I press ‘Start’ it disconnects with the words “Acutron Communication Error! Check all cables and power….restart application”.
I have done it more than 20 times, but no luck. Plugged and unplugged… It’s now heading after 9 pm. Will try another time tomorrow morning before work, but if it does the same, I am forced to change the cables in the inside of the device; to have at least my old Acutron back.
Feel shocking disappointed, don’t know what’s the cause or how to treat IT. Maybe you have an answer.
If so please let me know…and also some ideas of how to resolve this. I don’t want to let my Acutron go again, the previous month was far to long already.
So sorry to be the bearer of such bad news, because I am such a fan of the Acutron otherwise.
Nighty night, at least for us here in Ireland.
Kind Regards Kirsten
